Request removal of an intimate image

Version 2026-10-26.v1 · Published October 26, 2026

You do not need a Pifello account to raise a concern.

Real or digitally altered intimate images shared without consent are prohibited. This guide is for the person depicted or someone authorized to act for them, including a parent or guardian acting within their authority.

Send a written request by email. The operator handles these requests manually. Live in-app report intake is currently unavailable, but you can use the email route below without an account or agreement to the Terms. This page does not submit a form or send email automatically.

What to include in a written request

Contact safety@pifello.com, or support@pifello.com if needed. A clear subject such as “Intimate image removal request” helps distinguish it from ordinary support. Include:

  1. Your contact information so we can respond.
  2. A physical or electronic signature, such as your typed name indicating that you are making the request. If acting for someone else, explain your authority briefly.
  3. Information sufficient to identify and locate the depiction on Pifello, such as the relevant profile, available link or the place in the app where you saw it.
  4. A short statement that you believe in good faith that the depiction was shared without consent, with the relevant facts.

Do not attach the image, identity documents, passwords, verification codes or an entire conversation in an initial email. Describe where it is instead. Do not download or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.

Handling a request

Review your message in your mail app and send it yourself. Correspondence is forwarded to the operator’s inbox as described in the Privacy notice. We review the information to locate the depiction and assess the request, seek only necessary clarification and communicate the outcome where lawful and safe.

For a valid removal request covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, removal is required as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt, with reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. A private-pilot label, an unavailable in-app button or an ordinary support schedule does not extend this legal deadline. Sending to the support fallback address does not restart the clock for a request already received by Pifello.

General privacy questions may be sent to privacy@pifello.com; other legal or rights concerns to legal@pifello.com. support@pifello.com is also available for these requests. No automatic case receipt or continuous monitoring is promised; applicable legal obligations still apply.

Immediate danger

Pifello is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services. A platform removal request does not replace a report to the appropriate authorities.
