Good plans start with respect.

Published October 26, 2026, version 2026-10-26.v1. These standards cover messaging, groups, plans, invitations, adult profiles and coordination requests. They form part of the Terms of use and apply as an agreement when you affirmatively accept them. Publication alone does not create acceptance. Pifello is operated by MUSTAFA BAS, an individual operator based in New Jersey, United States; applicable law and the email concern routes do not depend on accepting an agreement.

Respect people and boundaries

  • No threats, targeted harassment, bullying, hateful abuse or impersonation.
  • No unwanted repeated contact, scams, spam, deceptive invitations or evasion of a contact block.
  • No unauthorized access, credential sharing, scraping private data or interference with the service.

Protect privacy and content rights

  • Do not expose private addresses, contact details, credentials, workplace secrets or intimate material without the appropriate authority.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery and child sexual exploitation material are prohibited.
  • Respect copyright and other rights. A private group is not permission to redistribute another person’s content.
  • Do not include sensitive details that are unnecessary to coordinate a plan.

Keep child information limited

Adults use the app. Child menus contain a first name and preset avatar; do not upload a child’s photo through any profile-photo feature. Grooming, sexual exploitation, abuse and threats involving children are prohibited.

Confirm school-release authority, supervision and travel arrangements directly with the responsible adults. An accepted Pifello request does not establish that permission or verify a person’s suitability.

Raise a concern

Use Contact settings to block unwanted private contact. Shared group history and existing agreements remain visible. Blocking is not a guarantee against contact outside Pifello.

Current pilot: live in-app report submissions are unavailable. Email safety@pifello.com or abuse@pifello.com for safety concerns; privacy@pifello.com for privacy; or legal@pifello.com for rights or legal requests. You may use support@pifello.com for any of these requests if another address gives you difficulty. No Pifello account is required. For an intimate image shared without consent, use the removal-request guide.

Provide a short explanation and enough non-secret information to locate the concern. Do not email passwords, verification codes, illegal imagery or a whole private conversation. Email links do not send automatically or issue a case receipt. Pifello is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

Review and outcomes

The operator reviews emailed concerns manually, using relevant information and limiting access to the authorized purpose. A report is an allegation, not proof; report counts alone do not justify an automatic penalty. Knowingly malicious reports are prohibited; good-faith concerns remain welcome even when no violation is found.

Depending on the facts and available controls, an outcome may be no action, guidance, a warning, removal or restriction of particular content, or proportionate account/contact measures. Reasons, scope, duration and the review route are recorded and explained where lawful and safe. The pilot does not provide all of these controls in the app.

To request reconsideration, reply to the decision or contact support@pifello.com, identify the decision and explain any relevant error or new information. The operator reviews the request; the current single-operator service does not promise an independent reviewer. No continuous monitoring or universal response time is promised. Applicable legal deadlines, including the requirements described in the removal guide, still apply.
